Return & Refund Policy – JYSAM

We offer a 7-day return policy.

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must not be damaged or tampered with

Non-returnable Items:
- Medicines and healthcare products cannot be returned unless:
- Damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
- Expired product received

Return Cost:
- Returns are free of charge if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- For other cases, return approval is subject to review

Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method

Return Method:
Returns are processed via courier (by mail). Customers need to contact our support team to initiate a return.
